Which data, and why
Booking an appointment. Your name, email address, phone number, the time you choose and your answers to the booking questions about your pain. We use this to schedule and prepare your session. Legal basis: entering into and carrying out the treatment agreement.
Health information. What you tell Shingo about your complaints and relevant medical history, and his treatment notes. This is sensitive data. It is used only to treat you, based on your explicit consent, which you give when you book and before treatment.
Messages. What you send by email, phone or WhatsApp, to answer your question.
Payments. Your name, treatment date and amount, for invoicing and bookkeeping (a legal obligation).
The pain self-check
The self-check on the homepage runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not saved or sent to anyone.
